LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Augusta, Georgia.

Experience

Experience performing portable X-Ray examinations - Required
Experience with digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment - Required
Experience obtaining clinically diagnostic and technically competent images - Required
Experience performing EKGs - Preferred
Strong communication and professional interaction skills - Required
Ability to work independently in mobile healthcare settings - Required

License

Active Georgia Radiologic Technologist License - Required
Limited License not accepted - Required
Valid Driver’s License in good standing - Required

Certifications

ARRT Certification - Required
COVID-19 Vaccination or approved exemption documentation - Required

EMR

Electronic Imaging/Documentation System Experience - Required

Special Skills

Perform and process portable digital X-Rays (DR/CR) - Required
Submit and transmit imaging studies to Radiologists for interpretation - Required
Perform EKGs and transmit results to Cardiologists when required - Preferred
Safely transport, unload, and operate portable X-Ray equipment - Required
Maintain mobile imaging equipment and vehicle - Required
Complete exam documentation and billing paperwork per protocol - Required
Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, healthcare staff, and patients - Required
Ability to push/pull and maneuver portable imaging equipment weighing 50-100 lbs - Required

Additional Requirements:

Mobile imaging experience preferred
Must be comfortable traveling to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other assigned locations
Relocation assistance may be discussed during interview process
State licensure reimbursement available after 90 days of employment
