Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Logan, WV
Setting: School
Pay Rate: Up to $18.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Preferred: School-based or pediatric ABA experience preferred.
Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB required.
Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students to assist with classroom engagement, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction.
Collect and record accurate, real-time behavioral data during instructional and non-instructional activities.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and BCBAs to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
Assist with skill generalization, daily living routines, and social interaction prompts as outlined in IEP goals.
