**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Psychiatric RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** RN Psych - **Shift:** Days (7A-7P) - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **On Call Requirements:** None - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Patient Population:** Adult - **Patient Ratios:** 1:11 - **Unit Size:** 77 beds - **Float Requirements:** Yes, may work on 4 different units **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to adult psychiatric patients - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment - Conduct patient assessments and contribute to treatment planning - Communicate effectively with families and external review organizations - Support patients with dual diagnosis, chemical dependency, and geriatric needs **Required Qualifications:** - Current unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA) - Handle With Care (HWC) training (can be completed on-site) - Minimum age requirement: 21 years old **Preferred Experience:** - Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility - Direct experience with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis - Experience in patient assessments and family motivation **First Day Instructions:** - **Scrub Color:** Navy - **Report Time:** To be determined - **Contact upon Arrival:** Quin Hollifield, HR or Ashley McQueen, Director of Nursing - **Parking:** Outpatient area **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
