Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Contract Length:40 weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–9:30 AM (2 hours each morning) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified (based on the schedule, approximately 10 hours/week)
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in a related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Completed the required 8-hour BACB supervision training
Active state BCBA license
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs
Provide ABA supervision and behavioral intervention oversight
Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
Train new staff and lead team meetings
Complete documentation, progress reports, graphing, and billing
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
