Caseload: Building caseload, approx. 15-20 patients. 
Day in the Life: RRT/CRT will go to resident's room to provide patient care. 
Day Shift: 12 hour shifts, 6a-630p, 36 hours, but will do 48 hours. 
**Can do block scheduling if it is a deal breaker
Patient types: NIV, CPAP, BIPAP's
