Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Hybrid
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: 1 Day Onsite / 4 Days Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70K–$80K (up to $85K for candidates with Child & Adolescent experience)
Overview
Seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to support behavioral health services within an integrated care setting. The role includes assessments, therapy, care coordination, crisis intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, MI, Crisis Intervention, IPT, Behavioral Activation)
- Coordinate care plans and monitor patient progress
- Participate in collaborative care meetings
- Complete risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain timely EHR documentation
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case conferences
Qualifications
- Active NY LMSW license
- MSW from an accredited institution
- Experience in behavioral health and therapy services
- Knowledge of DSM-V diagnostic criteria
- Experience with EHR systems
- Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish required
