Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: August 17, 2026
⏱️ Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Day Shift
• No weekends
• No on-call requirements
Pay:
• Local Rate: $50/hr
• Weekly Pay: $2,000/week
Role Overview:
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups in outpatient, IOP, PHP, and detox programs
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment updates
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient recovery goals

✅ Requirements: • Active Tennessee license or license eligibility (LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, LPC Temp, LMFT, LADAC, or equivalent) • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field • Minimum 1 year of addiction counseling or mental health experience required • Experience with group counseling preferred • Knowledge of ASAM criteria, DSM, addiction recovery, and co-occurring disorders preferred Highlights: • Outpatient behavioral health setting • Individual and group therapy focus • No weekends or on-call requirements • Strong leadership support and team culture • Potential for long-term growth opportunities
