Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote / Virtual (Servicing West Virginia School Districts)
Setting: School (Fully Remote / Teletherapy)
Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year
Candidate Type: Remote friendly
Preferred: School-based experience and prior teletherapy experience preferred. New grads (CFYs) welcome to apply!
Requirements: Active West Virginia SLP license (and WV state certification/authorization for virtual service providers) required.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services virtually to students according to their IEPs.
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using compliant telepractice platforms.
Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and communication goals.
Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and school staff to support overall student communication success.
Conduct virtual evaluations and track student progress with accurate, compliant online documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings via video conferencing.
