**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Telemetry Observation Unit!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about patient care and eager to make a difference? - As a **Registered Nurse** in our **Telemetry Observation Unit**, you will: - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with top-notch patient care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessments. - Develop and coordinate personalized care plans based on initial and ongoing evaluations. - Initiate assessments aligned with patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient outcomes. - Manage and document patient care consistently with care standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for and implement evidence-based practices and innovative care delivery methods. - Provide patient-centric care in accordance with professional nursing practice models. - Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 2 years (recent) Telemetry experience required. **Required Hard Skills:** - Telemetry - Non-titratable drips - Cardiac rhythms **Education Required:** - ASN - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing **Preferred Education:** - BSN - Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam REQUIRED **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS - AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - NIHSS - Tele Certification - CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours **Required Licenses & Certifications:** - Telemetry - NIH - ACLS **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
