**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate RN with a flair for providing exceptional patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic telemetry team! - **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate patient conditions and support physicians in delivering top-notch care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessments. - Develop and coordinate personalized care plans through continuous evaluations. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient well-being. - Manage care for a diverse group of patients with various telemetry needs. - Maintain thorough documentation in line with established care standards and patient acuity. - Advocate for and support the adoption of evidence-based practices. - Deliver patient-centric care that reflects professional nursing models. - **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years recent telemetry experience is a must. - **Education Requirements:** - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution is required. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. - **Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS (AHA) certification. - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - NIHSS certification. - Telemetry Certification and/or Telemetry Competency Exam is required. - **Languages:** - Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is a must. - **Schedule Notes:** - Full-time position with a day shift. - 36 hours per week with an expectation to float as needed. - Weekend requirements: every other weekend. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
