Job Duties

• Deliver insulation products to local construction sites, commercial locations, and city job sites
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery
• Load and unload delivery vehicles using a pallet jack and manual handling techniques
• Verify orders for accuracy before departures and deliveries
• Complete 4-10 delivery stops per day depending on route assignments
• Operate ELD equipment and maintain required delivery documentation
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
• Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license and ability to operate a van-style delivery vehicle
• Experience using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
• Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and deliver insulation products
• Comfortable with touch freight, including pallet jack operation and handling loose boxes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

What You Will Do

As a Local Delivery Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

A Local Delivery Driver helps keep commerce moving by safely transporting products where they are needed. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professional standards while working independently.
