Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule daily moving and cleaning crews across local service areas
- Communicate job details, routes, and updates to drivers and field teams in real time
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and crews on day-of logistics
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to handle delays, cancellations, or last-minute bookings
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, job records, and crew availability tracking
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment assignments to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
- Prior dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience preferred (moving industry a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software, Google Maps, or dispatch tools
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service experience with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
