About the Role:
Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is looking for a motivated and organized Local Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — keeping crews on schedule and customers happy. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule daily moving and cleaning crews across local service areas
• Communicate job details, routes, and updates to drivers and field teams in real time
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and crews on day-of logistics
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to handle delays, cancellations, or last-minute bookings
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, job records, and crew availability tracking
• Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment assignments to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience preferred (moving industry a plus)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with scheduling software, Google Maps, or dispatch tools
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
