About the Role: Join Seal-Pac as a Local Driver & Warehouse Operations team member in Baytown, TX, where you will play a key role in our logistics and distribution processes. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring timely delivery and efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate company vehicles to deliver products to local customers safely and efficiently.
Assist in loading and unloading goods at the warehouse and customer locations.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Manage inventory and assist with stock organization in the warehouse.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in driving and warehouse operations is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in transportation.
