Local Marketing Coordinator

Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Hours may vary based on local events.Salary position: $40,000-$45,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Manage marketing for Aqua Tots Swim Schools in Grand Rapids, Portage and Holland - With the possibility of additional locations in the futureScheduling and maintaining our social media calendarCreating and gathering unique content for social mediaManaging several social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.Implementing influencer campaigns and collaborations within the communityBrainstorming new ideas to implement for new marketing campaignsAttending local events Requirements:Positive attitude and creative mindsetUnderstanding of various social media platformsAbility to multitaskSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyStrong time management skillsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven work experience in marketing or social mediaProven work experience with graphic design softwaresProven work experience with social media platformsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and complete projects within a deadlineBenefits:Competitive Salary401K and Matching ProgramHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceCell phone/gym reimbursementPaid Time OffEmployee Family Swim Lesson Discount
