Overview
This internship centres on grassroots and community engagement marketing efforts for Lowes Foods stores, particularly in new or recently opened locations. The intern will support Grassroots activitations by helping to implement community engagement strategies, which may include organizing community events, festivals, and in-store promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and planning major grassroots initiatives
- Support recruitment of new guests through grand opening/new market activities and activiations.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain hands-on experience in event planning and community marketing.
- Improve communication and public relations skills by engaging with diverse audiences.
- Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for project management and reporting.
- Learn to analyze and interpret marketing campaign results to inform future strategies.
