TradeWorX is hiring a Local Painter / Laborer for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. This is an entry-level role for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a shop environment handling painting, material prep, and general labor duties.

Pay & Overtime- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Overtime: As needed

Key Duties- Prime paint structural shapes including beams, tubes, channel, angle, pipe, and plate
- Operate handheld tools including grinders, drills, and saws
- Operate overhead cranes
- Load flatbed trailers
- Support general shop labor tasks as assigned
Requirements- Entry-level candidates considered
- Ability to work safely in a shop environment
- Experience with industrial painting or shop labor is helpful
- Ability to use handheld tools safely and effectively
- Ability to assist with material handling and trailer loading
Work Environment- Shop-based position
- Must be able to handle physical work throughout the shift
- Must be dependable and ready to work long term
