Job Description
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
- Lead commercial construction projects valued at $2M+
- Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive project financial performance and maintain profitability targets
- Coordinate construction activities within occupied and active facilities
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project reporting
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Experience delivering multi-floor tenant improvement or renovation projects within Class A office environments
- Experience with medical office buildings and healthcare construction projects
- Ground-up construction experience preferred
- Higher education project experience strongly preferred
- Experience delivering complex laboratory, examination room, imaging, or technical facility projects
- Track record managing renovation projects within occupied buildings
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and standard project controls tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

- Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
- Annual Bonus: Up to 15%
- Auto Allowance: $500 per month
