Project Manager
Our client is a well-established and financially strong commercial construction firm with nearly two decades of success delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, higher education, and premium interior environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare and Class A interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Job Description
- Manage multiple healthcare and Class A interior construction projects simultaneously
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, particularly within occupied healthcare environments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities
- Drive successful project closeout, documentation, and turnover processes

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing healthcare construction and/or Class A interior projects
- Background with commercial general contractors delivering projects ranging from several million dollars to large-scale ground-up developments
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience leading projects in active or occupied healthcare environments is highly preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
