Shift:Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- CA License
- Must have minimum 2 years recent RN Case Management experience, with experience in a LTAC or STACH setting, MCG, discharge planning across acute care settings, strong IDT collaboration
- BLS
