HireLevel is hiring Local Route CDL Drives for Ole Tyme Produce, Inc. in St. Charles, MO!
With over 50 years of experience, Ole Tyme Produce is a trusted regional produce wholesaler serving schools, healthcare, hospitality, grocery, and retail customers throughout the area. They offer great opportunity for dependable CDL drivers seeking local routes, regular home time, customer interaction, and a strong benefits package.
- Pay: $23.83 – $24.42/hour
- Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Location: St. Charles, MO
- Schedule: Monday–Friday or flexible scheduling options
Real Earning Potential:
Base pay is just the starting point. For drivers who pick up available overtime and qualify for the performance incentive, total compensation can add up quickly once you factor in wages, bonuses, and employer-paid benefits.
Example: Estimated Total Annual Compensation (based on a ~55-hour workweek)
What You Get | Estimated Annual Value |
Base + overtime wages | ~$81,250 |
Driver incentive program (up to $100/week after 90 days) | Up to $5,200 |
Total cash compensation | ~$86,450 |
401(k) employer match (4%) | ~$3,250 |
Health insurance employer contribution | $4,200 – $5,400 |
Dental & vision employer contribution | ~$500 |
Employer-paid life insurance | ~$50 |
Estimated Total Compensation | ~$94,350 - $95,650/year |
That works out to roughly $1,760–$1,785 per week, or an effective rate of about $32/hour once wages, overtime, incentives, and employer-paid benefits are all factored in.
This example assumes a 55-hour workweek (40 regular + 15 overtime hours) and the full weekly incentive after 90 days. Actual pay and hours vary based on route, availability, and performance.
