About the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role:
Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Compensation: $38–$40/hour
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision

Work Setting: On-site only
Certification: Active Pennsylvania LPN License required

Position Details:

Full-time, contract position in a school setting
Schedule: Approximately 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Assignment in a multidisciplinary support classroom
Responsible for specialized medical plans and 1:1 student care
Classroom support includes 3–4 Instructional Assistants and 1 Teacher
Caseload of approximately 4–5 students ranging from 6–12 years old
Responsibilities include toileting, tube feeding, and diaper changing
Trach/vent experience preferred but not required
This will be the only nurse assigned to the classroom
