Gifted Healthcare Education is partnering with multiple school districts and specialized programs in South Central Pennsylvania to hire Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for the 2026–2027 school year.

Full-time & part-time available
In-person only
Open to SLPs + CFs
Requires PA Speech License and PA Special Education Teaching Certificate
Pay: CF $48–$50/hr | SLP $55–$57/hr

Current openings:

Elementary: Gen ed + autistic support | caseload 50–55 | limited case management
Secondary (Middle/High): Learning support, life skills, autistic support | caseload ~60 | minimal case management
Elementary AAC-focused: Autistic support | caseload ~45 | no case management | strong AAC preferred
Middle School (Grades 4–8): Regular ed + learning support/life skills/autistic support | related services + some case management
Complex Needs Program: Significant communication needs | heavy AAC | caseload ~45 | no case management | team-based (OT/PT/Hearing/Vision)
High School Transition Program: Transition planning + functional life skills | caseload ~30 (PT) or ~55 (FT)
