Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to achieve project milestones. Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project closeout activities. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants. Drive project performance while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial construction projects. Strong background in Class A office, healthcare, corporate interiors, or similar commercial sectors. Ability to manage complex projects and multiple subcontractor trades. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Strong understanding of project scheduling, quality control, and safety management. Experience utilizing construction management software and project reporting tools. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
