Local Superintendent - Municipal & Multifamily Construction

Job DescriptionOversee daily field operations on ground-up multifamily and municipal construction projects. Manage subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications. Manage site logistics, deliveries, manpower, and workflow planning. Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation. Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily and/or municipal projects. Experience coordinating multiple trades on active job sites. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
