Job TitleOpportunity to be a part of launching a new division/marketAll work is local to the STL metro areaAbout Our ClientOur client is a design build General Contractor that has had a presence in St. Louis for over 20 years. They focus on projects in the education, commercial, multifamily, healthcare, and federal/municipal markets ranging up to $25M in value. They're anticipating a big 2026 and looking to add experienced members to the team that will have the opportunity to be a part of new division/market launches within the business. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that can guarantee to keep you local!Job DescriptionResponsible for supervision and coordination of all jobsite activities and employees.Manage Self-Perform performance. Provide coaching, assessment and progressive discipline as required.Develop and maintains a complete understanding of the drawings, specifications and subcontractor scope.Hold pre-activity meetings with the appropriate contractors to review scope, schedule, quality, safety and environmental expectations.Work with the Project Manager in developing the project schedule and keep it updated every month.Develop three week look-ahead schedules weekly and communicate these schedules to the sub-contractors in the weekly meetings.Ensure that all contractor activities are coordinated to achieve timely completion of the project.Ensure compliance by all contractors to quality standards.Have a complete understanding of the budget and communicate regularly with the Project Manager.Assist the Project Manager in conducting the job progress meeting twice per month.Run Foreman meetings.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
