Description
- Lead day-to-day field operations for industrial construction projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules
- Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control across all phases
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Drive field execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Profile
- 5-10+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or commercial construction
- Strong background in light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects preferred
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
- Flexibility to travel for project support as needed
Job Offer
- Base salary: $105,000 - $130,000
