Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution

Certifications Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) (preferred for ER/OB experience)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
• Experience in Critical Access or Small Hospital settings highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in acute care nursing, with flexibility for ER and OB specialties

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 4x12-hour shifts (day or night)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to stand, lift, and move equipment and patients
