Job Requirements

  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in long-term care settings, including assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and observations in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
