Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid Montana CNA license is required
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, State CNA license
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience, strong acute care background, swing bed experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Ability to work both day and night shifts, excellent communication skills, reliable and adaptable, physical ability to perform necessary duties

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents in long-term care settings, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and observations in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
