Number of Shifts: 5 x 8-Hour Shifts
Shift Time: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Active LNA License/Certification

Every Other Weekend Commitment Required
All RTO Must Be Approved Prior to Contract Finalization
Must Have Reliable Personal Transportation
Limited and Unreliable Public Transportation Available in the Area
No Overtime Available

Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Skilled nursing assignment
