6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (6 openings)
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (2 openings)
Shift assignments may rotate based on operational and staffing needs.
COMPENSATION
Pay Rate: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and document care provided.
Provide medication education and support to residents.
Maintain accurate electronic and written medical records.
Perform computer data entry and documentation.
Deliver quality nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, HHSC regulations, and ICF-IID standards.
Support the health, safety, and well-being of residents through person-centered care.
REQUIREMENTS
Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience.
Ability to pass required drug screening.
Ability to complete required fingerprinting and background screening.
Must meet HHSC immunization requirements.
Must complete all required facility and state-mandated training.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
Candidates may begin any day of the week following completion of compliance requirements.
Approximately five business days should be allowed for onboarding and processing.
Multiple openings available for both day and evening shifts.
Long-term assignment with potential extension based on facility needs.
