Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or registration in Idaho
  • Certifications Requirements: ID COTA Certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in Rehabilitation or SNF settings
  • Other Requirements: Ability to obtain ID Fingerprint Background clearance, strong communication skills, flexibility to float between facilities, and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaborative team settings.
  • Execute therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, coordination, and functional independence.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive patient care delivery.
  • Float between facilities as required, maintaining flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient populations.
