Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a local contract assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The RN will provide direct patient care, oversee nursing activities, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing personnel as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
