Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an associated healthcare degree.

Certifications Requirements:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg and ER experience.
  • Experience working in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and patient mobility.
  • Excellent communication and patient advisory skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
