• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of care coordination or discharge planning experience, experience with different insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), Cerner experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Strong bedside manner, willingness to commute to Billings, MT, ability to manage referral intakes, excellent communication skills
