Position Details

Position Details:

• Driver will haul retail merchandise from Chaska, MN to customer sites in throughout MN
• No touch freight! All loads consist of double drop and hooks
• Drivers should expect a high frequency of backing and close quarter maneuvering in tight spaces
• Spatial awareness and patience are a must while navigating the customer-filled, retail facilities
• Drivers will need to have a high level of customer service as they will interact and communicate with store managers on a regular basis
• Drivers will work off account on a rotational basis when Goodwill freight volumes are low
• This could include Intermodal chassis/container, reefer/TCI freight, flatbed, conestoga and box van
• Hazmat optional - account will reimburse upon proof/receipt
• There is a chance drivers could haul loads containing pork/alcohol

Equipment Info:

• Automatic day cab
• No slip seating - trucks are assigned
• Truck must be left at account for time off

Job Details:

• $0.46 per mile
• Stop pay: $37 per stop
• Detention pay: $20/hour after 2 hours
• New hire training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $80,000
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
