Position Details

Position Details:

• Delivering merchandise to Ross department stores.
• Multi Stop deliveries. The average is 4 to 5 stops per day with average 700 cartons per trailer.
• Product arrives on shuttles throughout the day and all outbound freight is preloaded
• Driver will hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at Ross retail store locations
• Routes are multi-stop and predetermined/static each week.
• Weekend work is occasionally required by the customer, particularly during peak season

Special requirements:

• MUST COVER: THIS LOCAL JOB IS VERY LABOR-INTENSIVE AND PHYSICALLY DEMANDING
• Average unload count is 50-300 boxes per stop.500-700 boxes per trailer.
• Freight is stacked floor to ceiling
• Average cartons can weigh anywhere from 2 lbs to 80 lbs.
• Driver will hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at Ross retail store locations
• 10 days training, paid at the positions hourly wage.
