We are seeking an experienced Branch/Location Manager with a Parts Management background (preferred) and strong Retail Parts & Service experience. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Parts & Service branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage parts inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels while controlling costs.
  • Lead and support service operations, coordinating with technicians and service advisors to maintain high-quality repairs and quick turnaround times.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in both parts and service departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling parts and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, profitability, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and fleet managers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in Retail Parts & Service Management (Heavy Truck, Automotive, or Equipment industries preferred).
  • Parts Management background strongly preferred – familiarity with inventory control, pricing, and vendor relations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of truck/heavy equipment parts & service operations.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and related software.
