We are seeking an experienced Branch/Location Manager with a Parts Management background (preferred) and strong Retail Parts & Service experience. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the Parts & Service branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage parts inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels while controlling costs.
- Lead and support service operations, coordinating with technicians and service advisors to maintain high-quality repairs and quick turnaround times.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in both parts and service departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling parts and services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, profitability, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
