Schedule

Sunday through Thursday
Hours vary between 6:00 AM and 3:30 PM, typically an 8-hour shift.

Mandatory overtime is required based on business needs.

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Lockbox Operations team as a Lockbox Machine Operator. In this role, you'll operate specialized mail extraction and scanning equipment while processing payment transactions in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Process payment transactions according to client-specific business rules
• Operate Lockbox processing equipment, including mail extraction, sorting, and scanning machines
• Receive, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing
• Monitor equipment performance and identify jams, misfeeds, or operational issues
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify management of equipment concerns when necessary
• Conduct quality checks to ensure payment and document accuracy
• Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Follow all operational, compliance, and audit procedures
• Assist with general mailroom and Lockbox duties as needed
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Equipment Experience Preferred

Experience operating any of the following equipment is highly desirable:

• OPEX Falcon
• OPEX 150/IEM
• OPEX MPS 40
• Similar mail extraction, scanning, or document processing equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Lockbox, Mailroom, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred
• Experience operating mail processing or document scanning equipment is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry trays of mail weighing 10 to 15 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Work safely around production equipment in a fast-paced environment
