Position Summary:
Responsible for processing payment transactions based on a specific set of client business rules and operating extraction, scanning and mail sorting equipment within the Lockbox. Role ensures accurate, timely handling of incoming mail and payments. Other duties may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payment transaction based on a specific set of client business rules
- Operate and maintain mail sort, extraction and scanning equipment. OPEX 150/IEM, OPEX Falcon, OPEX MPS 40
- Receive, sort and prepare incoming mail for processing in accordance with established procedures
- Monitor machine performance identifying jams, misfeeds or equipment issues, resolving or escalating as required
- Ensure all work is completed within established production deadlines
- Perform basic quality checks to verify accuracy
- Follow all compliance, audit and operational procedures
- Support general mailroom functions as required
- Ability to lift/carry 10-15 lbs. as needed (trays of mail)
- Promotes a culture of collaboration and engagement
- Meet established performance metrics for productivity and quality

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of Lockbox, Mailroom or production environment preferred
- OPEX Falcon, OPEX 150/IEM, OPEX 40 or similar mail, extraction, scanning equipment preferred
