Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedLockbox Processor/Document Scannerto join our team. This role involves operating Falcon machines to scan and process work while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Candidates will be cross-trained on both prepper and scanner tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Falcon machine to scan documents with high accuracy
• Review scanned work to verify data integrity and completeness
• Perform prepper tasks including sorting and organizing documents prior to scanning
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the process
• Follow established procedures and meet production deadlines
• Work independently and remain focused during overnight shifts

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work the overnight shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday)
• Dependable with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Previous experience in document processing, data entry, or machine operation preferred (not required; training provided)
