The Professional Locker Room is a private, full-service hospitality space serving PGA professionals, members, and guests with personalized attention, premium amenities, and food and beverage service in a relaxed club atmosphere.

We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented Part-Time Locker Room Attendant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering memorable guest experiences by providing attentive locker room service, maintaining a first-class environment, and supporting the locker room bar and food & beverage operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome members, guests, and PGA professionals in a warm, professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service, including taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, delivering food, and maintaining bar service standards.
  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the locker room, lounge, and bar areas.
  • Assist guests with lockers, facility orientation, and personalized service requests.
  • Monitor guest activity and anticipate needs to provide a high level of hospitality.
  • Restock towels, toiletries, beverages, and other guest amenities throughout the day.
  • Perform shoe care services, including cleaning, polishing, spike replacement, and minor lace repairs.
  • Operate laundry equipment and maintain an adequate inventory of clean towels and linens.
  • Assist with inventory control by monitoring locker room and bar supplies and communicating replenishment needs.
  • Support tournaments, weddings, member events, and special functions as needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
  • Work closely with Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, and Clubhouse teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, private club, country club, golf facility, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bartending and food & beverage service experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must meet all requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in South Carolina.
