Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Lockmaster I for our client in Frankfort, KY, 40601. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Lockmaster I
Location: Frankfort, KY, 40601
Duration: 6 months
Daily timings:
  • Friday Sunday: 9:45 AM to 7:45 PM
  • Monday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $13.58

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Operation of locks.
  • Maintenance of equipment.
  • Mowing and landscaping activities.
  • Safely operates mechanical equipment, such as tractors, mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, welders, and other equipment.
  • Performs duties in the maintenance of buildings.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of program policies and administrative processes
  • Ability to manage data and systems
  • Effective communication and coordination ability
  • Proficiency in office software and databases

Program-Related Functions

  • Review and process applications (permits, licenses, certifications)
  • Ensure documents meet program requirements and compliance standards
  • Track deadlines and coordinate submissions (e.g., contracts)
  • Analyze and compile program-specific data
  • Maintain case files and electronic records
  • Enter and manage data in databases; generate reports
  • Act as liaison with vendors for program-related systems/services
  • Respond to inquiries and provide program-specific information
  • Collect required fees and verify identification

Communication Responsibilities

  • Log and track requests from public officials and stakeholders
  • Assign requests to appropriate staff and ensure timely responses
  • Review responses for accuracy and compliance
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls related to program information

Fiscal Duties

  • Audit expense vouchers and financial documents
  • Reconcile budgets and spending reports
  • Process payments and procurement entries
  • Support accounting functions
  • Monitor invoices, vouchers, and credit card records

Human Resources / Payroll

  • Verify employee leave and balances
  • Assist with benefits, FMLA, and employee programs
  • Process personnel transactions and documentation
  • Support recruitment and interview coordination
  • Assist in new employee orientation

Lead Work (if assigned)

  • Train, guide, and monitor work of staff
  • Assign and review tasks for team members

Purchasing Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and supply levels
  • Coordinate with vendors for pricing and orders
  • Use purchasing systems and prepare reports
  • Guide staff on procurement policies

Staff & Resource Services

  • Support office environment and logistics
  • Coordinate office moves and equipment setup
  • Handle maintenance and vendor coordination
  • Address workplace issues (lighting, temperature, safety, etc.)

Technology Maintenance

  • Provide hardware/software support to staff
  • Maintain databases and generate reports
  • Update web content and manage files
  • Train staff on software and systems usage
  • Ensure data backup and system efficiency
