What You'll Do

As a Locksmith Technician, you'll travel to residential and commercial customer locations to provide locksmith and security services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Install residential and commercial locks, hardware, and security devices
• Repair and maintain locks and security systems
• Respond to emergency lockout service calls
• Rekey locks and replace damaged hardware
• Diagnose and troubleshoot lock and security issues
• Recommend security upgrades based on customer needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism
• Maintain accurate job records and inventory
• Keep tools and equipment organized and operational
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Follow company safety procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills
• Own a basic set of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and mobile apps
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation when needed
• Desire to learn and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous locksmith experience
• Experience installing and repairing locks
• Experience in field service or skilled trades

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Schedule varies based on customer demand
• Overtime opportunities available
• Occasional on-call rotation
