Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $187.60 per hour

What You’ll Do
Provide independent anesthesia services for endoscopy procedures in a dedicated center
Manage 10-16 cases daily, primarily MAC anesthesia, including EGD and colonoscopy with biopsies
Work autonomously in adult and geriatric patient populations
Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
Collaborate with a dedicated endoscopy team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
Support department operations during a staff shortfall with dependable coverage
What You Need
Active CRNA license in Michigan (or eligible for licensing)
Experience handling MAC anesthesia for endoscopy procedures
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and committed to patient safety
About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Lansing, Michigan, as a locum CRNA supporting their Endoscopy Center. This role involves providing solo anesthesia coverage for adult and geriatric cases, with a focus on endoscopy procedures including biopsies. The position is designed to ensure stability and flexibility, with no call responsibilities and a weekday schedule.
