Start Date: 08/01/2026
Duration: 6 months with locum-to-perm conversion after 6 months
Shift: 8-hour shifts, supervised CRNA work, guaranteed 8 hours daily
Hours/Week: 40 hours (additional overtime after 10 hours)
Employment Type: Contract with potential for Permanent employment
License/Certifications: Active CRNA license required
Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour, guaranteed for 8 hours daily
Overtime: Paid after 10 hours
Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate (holidays not guaranteed to produce 32 hours)

What Youll Do
Provide anesthesia supervision for general surgical cases (adult and pediatric) and endoscopy procedures
Administer regional, spinal, epidural, and obstetrical anesthesia
Collaborate with OR staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
Manage an average of 35 main OR cases and 1215 endoscopy cases daily
Document procedures accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR system
Support trauma level 3 surgical procedures
Work independently under supervision, contributing to a high-functioning, collaborative team
What You Need
Valid CRNA license in Massachusetts
Minimum of 2 years anesthesia experience
Proficiency in general, regional, and obstetric anesthesia procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
