What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgical, obstetric, neurosurgical, and endoscopic procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams in a busy hospital setting (9 ORs, 5 endoscopy rooms)
• Document care using Meditech Expanse EMR
• Manage anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients, including regional, spinal, epidural, and digital anesthesia
• Supervise and oversee anesthesia procedures within a trauma level 3 facility
• Monitor patients pre- and post-procedure to ensure safety and comfort

What You Need

• Active Massachusetts CRNA licensure
• Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience
• Ability to work supervised independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various surgical cases, including trauma and obstetrics
