Patient Demographic/ages: Peds
# of Surgical Cases per day: 3-5
# of OR's:
8 OR and 2 cardiac cath labs on level 3
2nd floor procedure area includes 2 endoscopy suites, 2 minor procedure rooms and in development is an interventional radiology suite
Other non-operating room sites covered include CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and a heme-oncology procedure room
Supervision: Medical Directive
Active SC License
Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
