Job Description
Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level 3 trauma center
Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC - FT for 3 months with option to extend. The schedule offers 8 and/or 10's between Monday-Friday. Days with call options.
Case Mix: General cases, OB listed and could include some Peds ENT cases. No hearts.
# of OR's: 15 OR's and 4 endo suites and service to other specialty areas
Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model
Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Active MN License: Yes, must be licensed in MN or IMLC to be presented
Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
