Call hours: 4 pm - 7 am
Call Scheduled: OR and OB call - Primary and Secondary call
Types of cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
License Requirements: COI - IN PCF required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
